you're close. can you restate your problem as more problem-like? "I need to make my company the most efficient in the market." Why? Answer why and you'll have a problem that will lead to better driver statements. Ex. Why? We can't compete on price. Then your stated problem is a little closer to being an objective - which is kind of how it's worded right now.
