front and rear axles. after giving up on the old 8hp tecumseh motor that came stock, i bought a new 5hp tecumseh. of course it fits the frame different. it sits much further forward and as a result, closer to the centerline. this means that the rear drive doesn't line up. it's about an inch and a half off. so we cut the rear sprocket mount off the axle and moved it in to line up with the final drive on the motor. no picture but it was kinda cool. we laid a laser on top of the final drive gear and shot back to the rear axle to get the alignment then welded it on. dropped in new bearings too.
